At the Hotel Arturo Restaurant, we invite you to live an authentic gastronomic experience, based on the traditional flavors of the Vall Fosca and the Catalan Pyrenees. Our cuisine is founded on local and seasonal products, carefully selected from local producers. Our menu combines traditional recipes with a modern touch, highlighting fresh and organic ingredients that reflect the richness of the territory.

Hotel Arturo's daily menu varies daily according to the fresh seasonal products that are available. The cuisine is based on local and nearby ingredients, with homemade dishes prepared following Catalan tradition. Every day we offer a selection of first courses, main courses and desserts that change according to the season and market availability, always guaranteeing maximum freshness and quality.
STARTERS
From comforting soups made with fresh seasonal vegetables to classics like Russian salad or pasta of the day, you'll always find a selection that combines tradition and quality. Our fresh salads are ideal for those looking for a lighter option, prepared with local ingredients.
MAIN COURSES
All our meats, such as churrasco or beef round with mushrooms, are prepared over slow fire to guarantee maximum flavor and tenderness. We also offer options like grilled loin or homemade croquettes, always with fresh and varied accompaniments, such as potatoes, grilled vegetables or salads.
DESSERTS
We prepare homemade sweets, from house flans to traditional desserts like honey with cottage cheese or "musician's desserts". We also offer light options like yogurt, seasonal fruit or artisanal ice creams.

Half menu: Appetizers + 1 course (choice: starters or main courses) + dessert
