Welcome to Hotel Arturo, a hotel located in the Catalan Pyrenees. By accessing our
website and making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or by
email. All bookings are subject to availability and
confirmation.
2.2 Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure your
booking. The remaining balance is paid at the time of check-in. We accept
major credit cards, bank transfers and cash
payments.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date
will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date
will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the arrival
date will be charged the full booking cost.
3.2 No-Show
Guests who do not show up without prior notification will be charged
the full booking cost.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
4.1 Check-In
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is
subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
4.2 Check-Out
Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be
subject to additional charges according to rates provided by the hotel.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Behavior
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the
property, staff and other guests. Any damage caused by guests
will be charged accordingly.
5.2 Safety
Guests must comply with all safety regulations and instructions
provided by the hotel.
6. Liability
Hotel Arturo is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of
personal belongings. We recommend guests take out appropriate
travel insurance.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information
provided during the booking process will be used in accordance with
our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
Hotel Arturo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at
any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take
effect immediately.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of Spain. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
